How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who contacts Footagepair Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Report
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Footagepair Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Site content that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please let us know as well. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Footagepair Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@footagepair.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if known
- A short account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
